John the Dog Trainer for Aspire Dog Training in Sidcup with his Cockapoo

Helping dogs feel understood, fulfilled and safe.

Creating calmer behaviour and more confident owners through fulfilment-led, force-free dog training.

Puppy classes in New Eltham & High Elms Country Park and one-to-one dog training across Sidcup, New Eltham, Bexley, Chislehurst, Bromley. Orpington and local areas.

At Aspire Dog Training, I support puppy parents and dog owners who want to build strong foundations, prevent difficulties from developing, or better understand why their dog is struggling.

As a fully qualified and ABTC-accredited Animal Training Instructor, I use evidence-informed, force-free methods with a strong focus on enrichment, emotional regulation and fulfilment.

Rather than focusing only on stopping unwanted behaviour, I help owners understand the needs and emotions driving it. By supporting the dog first, training becomes clearer, more effective and more likely to create lasting change.

Whether you are starting out with a puppy, navigating adolescence or supporting an adult dog with behavioural challenges, you will receive practical, compassionate guidance centred on your dog’s wellbeing.
